The numbers, in plain sight.
Every price is a starting point. The real one depends on scope, and I confirm it in writing before anything starts.

Need the website too? From $200 when it’s added to any plan above. Not sold on its own. Setup and onboarding are billed once, before work starts; retainers monthly, in advance, with a reminder before every charge.
The things people ask before they say yes.
What if it doesn’t work?
Then a month I didn’t deliver on is refunded or credited — your choice. That’s in the agreement, not just here. And “working” gets defined up front, in numbers you can check: bookings taken after hours, no-shows down, replies going out. Neither of us is guessing.
How long until it’s running?
Weeks, not months. Booking systems usually go live within a month of signing; social starts posting inside two weeks; the ecom flows switch on one at a time. You’ll have the actual dates in writing before you pay anything.
What do I have to do myself?
Answer my questions at the start, send me a few logins, and — for social — film. Twenty minutes with your phone, once or twice a week. Everything else is on me.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Retainers run three months to start, then month to month. Thirty days’ notice, by email, to the same address you signed up through. Nothing renews silently — you get a reminder before every charge, with the amount and how to stop it.
Who owns the content?
You do, once it’s paid for. Post it, keep it, use it after we stop working together. I keep the right to show it in my portfolio, unless you’d rather I didn’t — just say.
Do you work with businesses like mine?
If it runs on booked time or repeat orders, probably: salons, clinics, studios, trades, product brands, creators. If I don’t think I can help, I’ll say so in the audit — it’s free either way.
What if I already have a booking system?
Good — most people do. I usually build around it rather than replace it: the after-hours answers, the reminders, the follow-up. If yours is genuinely in the way, I’ll tell you, and why.
Do I need to understand any of the tech?
No. You run your business. I run the systems, quietly, and tell you what’s happening in plain words once a month.
Are you a big agency?
No — and that’s the point. One person who cares about your business, not a ticket in a queue.
Not sure which one? Start with the audit.
I’ll tell you what I’d fix first and which of these it needs — if any. Free, and yours to keep either way.
