1. Who I am
Julia [SURNAME], trading as Fully Booked Co. I'm based in Poland, and I'm the data controller for anything collected through gofullybooked.co.
Write to me at juliette@gofullybooked.co — that address is a real inbox and it's the one to use for everything on this page.
2. What this site collects
Two things collect data here: the audit form, and Ivy, the assistant in the corner. Nothing is collected in the background.
The audit form — seven fields:
- Your name
- Business name
- Website
- Instagram — optional
- A checkbox asking whether you'd like occasional emails from me — optional, and never pre-ticked
- "What's the part of this that annoys you most?" — optional
Ivy — the messages you type to her, and the conversation so far, so she can answer in context. She doesn't ask for your name or email, and you shouldn't give her anything you wouldn't put in a contact form.
There's no account and no login.
3. Analytics and cookies — none
No Google Analytics. No advertising pixels. No tracking scripts of any kind. This site sets no cookies, which is why you haven't been asked to accept any.
If I add analytics later it will be a privacy-friendly, cookieless one, and this page gets updated the same day it goes in — not afterwards.
4. Emails from me
If you tick the box on the audit form, I'll send you occasional emails — things I've built, things I've learned, the odd offer. If you don't tick it, you get your audit and nothing else. The audit arrives either way.
Those emails go out through a third-party email service, [ESP — TBC], which stores your address and sends on my behalf. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe at the bottom, and unsubscribing is the whole process — no "are you sure", no waiting period.
The same list may later include people who ask for a free guide from my Instagram. Same rules apply.
5. Ivy, and the AI behind her
Ivy is an AI assistant, and she says so in her first message. She runs on Claude, a model made by Anthropic. When you send her a message, that message and the conversation so far are sent to Anthropic's API so she can reply. Nothing else about you goes with it — no name, no email, no browsing data.
Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train its models.
I don't store your conversations with Ivy. They exist in your browser while the chat is open and on Anthropic's side only for as long as it takes to generate the reply, under Anthropic's own retention rules for API traffic. If I ever start keeping conversations — to make her better, say — this page will say so first, with a retention period.
To keep her from being abused, my server keeps a count of how many messages have come from your connection in the last hour. That's a hashed version of your IP address and a number, kept for one hour, then gone.
If you say something to Ivy that sounds like you're in crisis, she'll stop selling and point you to real help. She's not a person and she can't call anyone for you.
6. Who else touches it
- Netlify — hosts this site, runs the audit form, and runs the small server-side function that talks to Anthropic for Ivy. Your form submission passes through Netlify and is stored there before it reaches my inbox.
- Anthropic — receives your Ivy messages, as described above.
- [ESP — TBC] — stores the email addresses of people who ticked the box, and sends the emails.
That's the full list. No advertising network, no data broker, no CRM.
7. Why I'm allowed to hold it
- The audit form: consent — GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You give it by choosing to send the form.
- Marketing emails: separate consent — the checkbox. Nothing on it is pre-ticked. Withdraw it any time by unsubscribing or emailing me.
- Ivy: consent, given by choosing to type to her.
- The one-hour rate-limit counter: legitimate interest — GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — in keeping a public tool from being hammered.
8. How long I keep it
- Audit form submissions: 12 months, then deleted. Deleted sooner on request, always.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you. Then gone.
- Ivy conversations: not stored.
- Rate-limit counters: one hour.
9. Your rights
You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, send you a copy, stop using it, or withdraw your consent. Email juliette@gofullybooked.co and I'll do it within 30 days.
If you're in California: you have the right to know what's collected, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, and not to be treated differently for asking. I don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of.
If you think I've handled this badly you can complain to your data protection authority. In Poland that's the UODO.
